ORDERS
Acknowledgment: All orders receive an initial email acknowledgment of receipt. If an order is not acknowledged within 1 business day, please contact us to confirm receipt. Depending on time of receipt, most orders are entered same business day. Upon entry, a detailed order confirmation will be emailed.
Less Than Minimum (LTM): $50 (P). Absolute MOQ is 50% of 1st column except where full case quantity is required. There is NO minimum order requirement for wholesale blank goods.
Packaging / Repackaging: Each of our products are stocked blank in retail ready boxes, strips or bands. However, because the customization process requires us to remove each item from its standard retail packaging we cannot always repack the items into its original packaging. Items that cannot be repackaged will be shipped in bulk at our discretion. In some cases where we can repack an item but the process is time and labor prohibitive, we may offer the repackaging service for an additional fee. Inquire for a quote if you have questions about repackaging of a specific item.
Assorted Products: Products offered exclusively in assorted color packs are not available for individual order by color.
Cancellation: Orders that have been entered but still awaiting approval for customization production will not incur a cancellation fee. However, orders where production for customization has commenced are not eligible for cancellation. If the customization production run is not complete, we will stop production and ship and invoice the full quantity of the completed goods. A cancellation fee of $100(P) will apply.

Blank Goods: We offer our entire line of 2,000+ retail products available to distributors at wholesale pricing. All blank products include standard retail packaging. No minimum dollar amount or quantity required. Below wholesale pricing is available for volume purchases. Contact us for a quote and to set up a wholesale blanks account.
Large Quantity (Domestic): Special pricing available on quantities above end column. Contact us for a formal quote, production timeline and inventory availability.
Direct Shipment (Overseas): Our proprietary brand products are available for direct overseas customization and production. Mininum factory quantities apply. Inquire for quote and delivery timeline.
Program Pricing: Available. Qualifications apply. Inquire for details.
Self Promos: EQP -10% + FREE Set-Up. Customization must prominently include distributor logo or company related brand. MOQ applies.
PRODUCTION
Production Policy: Production begins AFTER receipt of PO and artwork, PLUS order entry, approval of digital proof and confirmed payment method.
Standard Production Times: Timelines below subject to change during peak seasonal times or unexpected supply chain disruptions . For firm ship/delivery dates, inquire for an approved production timeline.

RUSH Production: Expedited production times may be available. Inquire and include item#, exact quantity, applicable artwork file(s), requested ship date, ship method and any other details that may impact production. A quote will be provided that includes a deadline for PO and Artwork to be received to meet your requested ship date.

SAMPLES
Blank: No MOQ - All products are stocked in retail ready packaging. Blank wholesale pricing applies.
Random: $0 - FREE - Very limited availability. Provide Ship # or ground shipment rates apply.
Spec Sample (Pre-PO): EQP + $100(P) Spec Sample Charge. FedEx Ground rates apply. Standard production for spec samples is 5 Business Days. A spec sample is not recommended for time sensitive ship dates.
Pre-Production Sample: EQP + $100(P) Pre-Pro Sample Charge. A FREE pre-production sample and FREE ground shipping is available on orders over $2,500 net. NOTE: Time sensitive ship dates may require expedited ship methods to maintain production timeline. Pre-pro sample charge is credited if approved at initial production run set-up.
SHIPPING
Ship Origin (FOB): All domestic orders ship blind. FOB: Greenfield, IN 46140 (Indianapolis)
Ship Method: Unless a ship method and ship account # are noted on the PO, all orders ship via FedEx Ground or best way available deemed by True Brands.
Shipments to Canada: We offer consolidated shipments into Canada two times per week on Monday and Thursday. Duties and taxes apply. There is no charge to process paperwork for Canadian shipments.
Next-Day Shipping (BLANK GOODS): We strive to make ordering from True Brands as fast and easy as possible. Once you place your order, blank goods and random samples will ship out within 24-48 hours.
Drop Shipments: $6.00 (P) per address after first. Inquire for quote for 25+ locations. Available to U.S. or Canada.
Split Shipments: $0 - FREE
LTL / Freight Shipments: Inquire for quote. Expect up to 1 Business Day turnaround on quotes to ensure the most accurate and best rates available.
3rd Party Shipments: $0 - FREE to process. All third party shipments, insurance, claims are the responsibility of the account holder upon departure from our facility. PO's must be clearly marked with the intent to ship third party.
Returns / Claims (Customized Goods): All returns must have an authorized RMA number from True Brands to be processed. Returns are not available for customized goods except in the event of an error during the decoration process. Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and after thorough inspection of the contents of all cartons. Provide photos of the items in question, if possible, and note your desired resolution. A thorough review of your claim can take up to 10 business days upon receipt of initial contact and returned goods before a proposed resoution is submitted.
Returns (Blank Goods): All returns must have an authorized RMA number from True Brands to be processed. We will not be processing any return without an RMA number and no credit will be given. Credits will not be issued until the return is received, if required, and processed. The True Brands customer service team will determine whether the product must be returned during entry of the return request. All return-to-stock product must be in unused, clean, and saleable condition to receive credit. Consumable items such as food and beverage product refunds are only valid within 2 months from the date of purchase. In the event you ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, please request a return authorization number within 7 days of product delivery. In the event freight damage is found upon delivery of the shipment, the you must request a return authorization number within 7 days of product delivery. Please supply any supporting documentation including signed BOL noting damage and provide photos if available.

Standard Imprint Colors: NOTE - Color swatches shown below are for illustration only. Refer to your PMS chart for accurate representation.
Laser Engraving on Natural Materials: Laser engraving on natural materials (ie: wood, stone) can inconsistently cause variations in color, texture and appearance of the artwork applied on the surface. This is considered a unique feature of the customization process on a natural product and is to be expected.
Collateral Insertions / Add Ons: Customer supplied card insertion or sticker applications available upon request for additional fee. Inquire for quote. Note, True Brands does not print collateral in-house.
ARTWORK
Art Requirements: Native Adobe vector files (.AI, .EPS) or PDF. If unavailable, a high resolution (300 PPI) JPEG or PNG is acceptable.
Art Re-creation / Re-Draw: $0 - FREE on simple redraws. Send us your art file: promoart@truebrands.com for a review. If complex redraw is required, an estimate of the total fee will be provided at a rate of $75 per hour. Note, production time for existing in-house orders will be placed on hold until new artwork is approved.
PAYMENTS
Credit Card Processing Fee: $0 - FREE

ACH / Wire Transfer: Available. Note on your PO as preferred payment method.

True Brands Sales Policy: True Brands has natural and legacy B2B sales channels in national and independent package stores, specialty gift retailers, along with spirit, beer and wine makers. However, True Brands does not directly or indirectly market, sell to, or contact accounts for customized or blank goods that originate from our distributor clients. Contact us if you have concerns about a potential sales channel conflict.
